KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION

• Lead the architecture, design, and integration of identified digital solutions.

• Define solution architecture, technology standards, and integration frameworks for identified digital solutions.

• Design and oversee API-driven, cloud-enabled, and service-oriented architectures for identified digital solutions.

• Lead complex system integrations involving banks, payment gateways, international schemes, government institutions, and third-party service providers for identified digital solutions.

• Ensure identified digital solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define innovative digital solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution architects, developers, and project teams.

• Ensure the company’s digital roadmap-related identified solutions are designed, implemented and maintained according to the timelines provided by the corporate management.

• Study the existing digital solutions and enhance, re-engineer, re-architecture them according to the current industry stacks and future requirements.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic technology directions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design of which 05 years in senior technical leadership role or managerial capacity.
• Experience in banking, payments, FinTech, or digital government solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in delivering complex, high-volume transactional systems.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and solid understanding of secure coding practices, application security, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong experience in working with different payment simulation tools and payment related massaging specifications.
• Expertise in system integration, API management, cloud platforms, microservices, security, and governance.
• Experience with banking integrations, payment APIs, fintech platforms, or national payment networks with experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
