The ideal candidate for this position would be responsible for following key activities, including but not limited to;
Monitor digital offline payment applications, systems, infrastructure, and processing environments to identify and address abnormalities, incidents, and performance issues.
Ensured service levels, operational standards, and availability requirements are consistently maintained for participating banks and financial institutions.
Proactively identify performance gaps and carry out incident investigation, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to restore services within the required service levels.
Investigate and resolve user, application, system, hardware, and processing-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to payment operations.
Follow escalation procedures as and when appropriate to resolve processing problems and user problems in a timely manner and meet service levels and performance standards.
Communicate the testing of applications, systems, processors and procedures, hardware and/or software changes.
Ensure compliance with applicable information security, operational, regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
Carry out administrative and clerical duties related to the effective operation and management of the assigned systems.
In addition, the selected candidate should be a team player with the commitment to deliver required service support for internal and external stakeholders.
